Retained Firefighter Claims

 

In accordance with the terms of settlement Retained Firefighters are entitled to a claim arising from the Employment Tribunal proceedings brought by the Fire Brigades Union in 2000 in relation to pension entitlement, sick pay and increased pay for additional responsibilities and the Part-time Workers (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2000 ("the PTWR").
